02 Account Registration & Verification

To register on p111, you must provide accurate and complete information. Only one account per person is permitted. If multiple accounts are created by the same individual, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings will be forfeited.

• During registration, you must provide your real name, mobile number, and date of birth accurately.
• Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before making a withdrawal. A copy of your National ID or passport may be required.
• Keep your account password strictly confidential. Do not allow anyone else to access your account.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Report any unauthorized login to our support team immediately.
• Accounts registered with false information will be terminated.

03 Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

For the convenience of Bangladeshi users, p111 supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit amounts are fixed — listed alongside each payment method.

04 Bonus & Promotion Terms

P111 bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms. Reading the full terms of any offer before claiming a bonus is mandatory.

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement (typically 20x–40x the deposit + bonus amount).
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games — not all games qualify for bonus play.
• Each person may benefit from a promotion only once.
• If bonus abuse is proven — such as claiming bonuses from multiple accounts or collusion — all balances will be forfeited.

05 Fair Use & Prohibited Activities

All p111 members must use the platform honestly and fairly. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Harassing, deceiving, or attempting to harm other members.
• Attempting to hack or bypass the platform's security systems.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage at others' expense.
• Providing false information to mislead customer support.

If any such activity is proven, p111 may close the account and forfeit all balances without prior notice.

06 Responsible Gaming Policy

P111 believes gaming should be purely for entertainment. We never want any member to suffer financial or emotional harm because of gaming. That's why we provide responsible gaming tools:

07 Account Suspension & Closure

• As directed by legal or regulatory authorities.

08 Liability Limitations & Dispute Resolution

P111 strives to keep the gaming experience as seamless as possible. However, p111 is not directly liable for issues caused by technical faults, server problems, or third-party disruptions.

• If a game session is interrupted due to a technical error, the related bet may be voided.
• Any disputes regarding game outcomes must be reported to support within 72 hours.
• Game outcomes are final and binding in accordance with the RNG certification report.
• P111's decisions are considered final, though a fair review process is always available.
